Dear Mr Edwards

This is further to the CBRUKcentral e-mail sent to you in the past 12 hours or so.

The process correspondence that we have been conducting with CLRL is exactly that: process correspondence. We are not seeking any 'partnership' or 'agency' with CLRL or anyone else or anything else that has the promotion fo Crossrail as its object in any way or shape or form.

What we wish to establish is the sum total of relevant facts that will then constitute the relevant ground for our constitutional law and human rights law remedies that we shall be seeking formally once the claims are filed.

We have made this point of principle very plain all along. Perhaps not in any directly sent communication to you. But we have done this at every stage.

And we shall maintain this.

What we are now looking at is the EVIDENCE of fraudulent communication that has been issued, initiated or endorsed by CLRL or on their behalf.

I can confirm once again, that the questions we have put to CLRL to date as well as those we have put to the Department for Transport are the main questions constitutionally that we shall be focussing on in the course of and during the course of the legal action programme.

Our aim is to defend the East End against attacks from Crossrail , against attacks via Crossrail and against attacks under excuses for Crossrail .

We shall maintain that as emphatically as it is reasonably and legally, constitutionally and practically possible for us to do within and through the formal court system.

It is now upto CLRL to either release the information to us as we have asked for or to delay further and to fudge further and to give us more grounds on which we shall have to seek the intervention/s of the court/s.

Yours sincerely
